- If neighbours are unavailable, the delivery will be left in a secure, weather-protected location at the property (such as a porch or behind a gate), wherever possible.
- A delivery card will be left to notify the recipient where their flowers can be found.
- If a secure location cannot be found, we will bring the flowers back to our shop and contact the sender to arrange a convenient redelivery or collection time.
